Our Centre opens from 7:30am to 6:00pm

We are closed for two weeks in Christmas. Our last day is Thursday, December 22, 2016. We re-open Monday, January 9, 2017.

Staff Leave

Ashley will be away August 15- September 2, holidaying in the UK.

Michelle will be away October 12- 21, in Hong Kong for one of her best friend’s wedding.

Staff News

Professional Development and Training

Harry has attended “Chatter Matters”- a 4-day course focusing on children’s speech development. Feel free to approach Harry if you have any questions or concerns regarding your child’s speech. Harry is happy to refer you to a speech pathologist.

Michelle, Harry and Liza have attended two in-service workshops on documenting and extending children’s learning. This workshop was through Centre Support.

We will  be having a staff meeting on June 29th 2016, focusing on Quality Area 1 and QIP.

Harry & Liza will be attending a “Leadership Essentials” Workshop on August 8.

Australian Child Care Alliance Workshops:

Michelle will be attending “Discover Your Strengths as an Educational Leader” workshop on August 18.

Harry & Liza will be attending “Intentional Teaching Within the EYLF: Strategies & Practices” workshop on August 31.

Yaso has completed her Diploma in Children’s Services and has other plans she would like to pursue. Her last day with us is Friday, 1 July 2016. We would like to thank Yaso for her hard work and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.

Harry has started her Early Childhood Teaching course at the University of New England.
